Installing NIM Cards and Rack Mounting

4. Remove the NIM slot cover, as shown in Figure 2-2, by grasping the handle and pulling it to

the side before taking it out.

5. Gently attach the NIM card(s) to the connector on the motherboard and secure with four

screws, as shown in Figure 2-3.

6. Re-install the chassis cover.
