3. PressontheGROUPSELECTswitchagainformorethanonesecond.Thisreturnsthe
4G4285‐49/4G4205‐72toportRX(receive)andTX(transmit)statusmode.

Enterasys NetworksmoduletoaccessLocalManagement.Thissectionalsoprovidesthe
pinoutassignmentsoftheadapters.
What Is Needed

•UTPstraight‐throughcableterminatedatbothendswithRJ45connectors
•RJ45‐to‐DB25femaleadapter
•RJ45‐to‐DB25maleadapter

‐to‐DB9adapter,youcanconnect
productsequippedwithanRJ45COMporttoanIBMorcompatiblePCrunningaVT
seriesemulationsoftwarepackage.
UsingaUTPstraight‐throughcableandanRJ45‐to‐DB25femaleadapter,youcanconnect
productsequippedwithanRJ45COMporttoa
VTseriesterminalorVTtypeterminals
runningemulationprogramsfortheVTseries.
